PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Management of the implementation process for any design project is the second most critical part governing the overall success and ease of implementation of any project, second only to project supervision. Trout Design Studio offers basic comprehensive project management services for our work. These services include contract management, project schedule development and management, basic accounting management, contractor and subcontractor management and the management of the manufacture, delivery and installation of our work.

PROJECT SUPERVISION
Trout Design Studio considers project supervision to be the most critical management element governing the successful implementation of our work. Without proper supervision and guidance of contractors and makers in the understanding of our vision for our projects, there can be no real success. From the moment a contractor or maker is introduced to our work, the establishment of mutual understanding and respect for the project and each of the project team members is of paramount importance. The coordination of each element of the project from the rough framing of the wall studs to the final fresco work or trim carpentry installation and finish requires of each person on the project to fully understand the overall vision of the work and to take ownership of their part in the success of the project. Trout Design Studio understands these integral relationships and endeavors to provide comprehensive project supervision for all of our work.
